Android-specific terms. These terms apply only to WellCalc package com.ryantinklepaugh.wellcalc. They do not replace or amend any iOS legal document.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are between you and Uncommon Weather LLC. You must be at least 18. By affirmatively accepting the displayed document set, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Product Schedule. Declining or withdrawing keeps legal, support, saved-data recovery, local deletion, purchase-restoration and subscription-management controls available but disables ordinary app operation.
2. Limited license
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible Android devices under Google Play rules. Do not reverse engineer, evade access controls, misuse services, infringe rights, or use the app unlawfully.
Google Play subscriptions
WellCalc has a core tier available without a Pro subscription. WellCalc Pro provides the paid features described in the Product Schedule through monthly or annual Google Play subscriptions. The app displays the available plan’s localized recurring price and billing period. Google Play confirms the final price, taxes, billing period and any eligible introductory offer before you purchase; those transaction details control the purchase, not prices shown for the separate iOS app.
Google Play processes payment and governs store cancellation and refund requests under its rules and applicable law. RevenueCat supplies purchase validation, restoration and entitlement state; it does not process your payment-card credentials for WellCalc. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel renewal through Google Play. Uninstalling the app, declining the legal documents or withdrawing legal consent does not cancel a subscription. Use the app’s Manage subscription control or Google Play subscription management.
Starting a new purchase requires the current agreement’s verified server-signed receipt as well as an available store plan. Restore purchases checks existing Google Play purchase access and does not start another purchase. Restoration and subscription-management controls remain available in Limited Mode when the purchase service is configured. Restoration depends on the store account and purchase being eligible. Refund requests follow Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law.
Data and backups
Most product data is stored locally. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of information you need. Device loss, app removal, local deletion, corruption, an unavailable export, or platform changes can cause loss. A user-directed export may contain sensitive information; protect it after it leaves the app.
Safety and professional judgment
Results are informational engineering aids, not operating instructions. Review sources, assumptions, units, and limits, and independently verify every result before an operational, safety, regulatory, or financial decision.
Availability and changes
The app and third-party platform services may be unavailable, changed, restricted, or discontinued. We may update the app and these documents prospectively. A new legal family requires a new affirmative choice; it does not rewrite an earlier receipt.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Uncommon Weather is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business opportunity. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in force.
