Android-specific terms. These terms apply only to WellCalc package com.ryantinklepaugh.wellcalc. They do not replace or amend any iOS legal document.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are between you and Uncommon Weather LLC. You must be at least 18. By affirmatively accepting the displayed document set, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Product Schedule. Declining keeps legal, support, and data-management controls available but disables ordinary app operation.
2. Limited license
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible Android devices under Google Play rules. Do not reverse engineer, evade access controls, misuse services, infringe rights, or use the app unlawfully.
No in-app purchase
This release of WellCalc is free and does not offer an in-app purchase or subscription. A later paid offering would require updated product disclosures and the purchase terms shown before confirmation.
Data and backups
Most product data is stored locally. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of information you need. Device loss, app removal, local deletion, corruption, an unavailable export, or platform changes can cause loss. A user-directed export may contain sensitive information; protect it after it leaves the app.
Safety and professional judgment
Results are informational engineering aids, not operating instructions. Review sources, assumptions, units, and limits, and independently verify every result before an operational, safety, regulatory, or financial decision.
Availability and changes
The app and third-party platform services may be unavailable, changed, restricted, or discontinued. We may update the app and these documents prospectively. A new legal family requires a new affirmative choice; it does not rewrite an earlier receipt.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Uncommon Weather is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business opportunity. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in force.
