Android-specific terms. These terms apply only to Stillpoint package com.ryantinklepaugh.stillpoint. They do not replace or amend any iOS legal document.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are between you and Uncommon Weather LLC. You must be at least 18. By affirmatively accepting the displayed document set, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Product Schedule. Declining keeps read-only saved data, archive export and deletion, crisis resources, legal and support links, and Google Play subscription controls available but disables ordinary app operation.
2. Limited license
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible Android devices under Google Play rules. Do not reverse engineer, evade access controls, misuse services, infringe rights, or use the app unlawfully.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through Google Play. Google controls payment credentials, cancellation, refunds, taxes, renewal, and the final purchase sheet. The price, billing period, trial if any, and included features shown in that purchase sheet control your transaction. RevenueCat relays purchase and entitlement state to the app but does not process your payment. Restore and manage purchases through the controls provided by the app and Google Play.
Data and backups
Reflections, drafts, worry-shelf records, outcomes, and settings remain in app-private local storage. Stillpoint does not upload their content to Uncommon Weather, Supabase, RevenueCat, or an AI service. Automatic Android app backup is disabled. The app retains recovery copies when a local write cannot be verified rather than silently discarding your words.
Google Play and RevenueCat process purchases, subscription status, and an anonymous app-user identifier. Supabase receives privacy-minimal legal-choice and security evidence, not reflection or worry content. A keyboard or document provider selected by you may process text or an exported file under its own settings. There is no product-data account, automatic cloud sync, advertising SDK, or product-analytics service.
Local records remain until deleted with app controls, app data removal, or uninstall. Deletion controls remove the corresponding readable records and their local recovery copies; unrelated sections and legal receipts are not removed. A user-directed archive may contain sensitive reflections and remains at the selected destination until removed there. JSON export is a readable archive, not an automatic restore or sync service. An unreadable draft or record is retained for recovery or export, not silently overwritten. Purchase and legal-choice evidence follow their respective service and evidentiary policies.
Safety and professional judgment
Stillpoint supports personal reflection, not diagnosis, treatment, therapy, clinical assessment, or emergency monitoring. Prompts, restatements, pattern counts, and reports are generated from fixed local rules and your entries, not a clinician or a cloud AI service. No one monitors your words. Breathing exercises are optional; stop if uncomfortable. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services. The in-app 988 resource is for the United States; availability differs elsewhere.
Availability and changes
The app and third-party platform services may be unavailable, changed, restricted, or discontinued. We may update the app and these documents prospectively. A new legal family requires a new affirmative choice; it does not rewrite an earlier receipt.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Uncommon Weather is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business opportunity. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in force.
