Anchor help
A Focus Plan is not blocking the apps I selected.
Open Settings in Anchor and check Screen Time → Authorization. If permission is not granted, use Request Permission. Then review the selected apps, the plan preview, and protection-health status before starting another run.
Check whether the run is actually active and whether its schedule, day, and device time match your intention. Apple controls Screen Time enforcement; revoked permission, a restart, or a system change can affect it. Do not use a blocked app as your only way to reach essential or emergency information.
I need access during a protected run.
Use the run’s available end or recovery controls. Anchor’s Settings also contains Emergency Unlock for ending active runs; authentication and commitment safeguards may apply. Confirm that protection is inactive after recovery.
Do not reset or remove the app as a routine troubleshooting step. Reset All Data is destructive and is unavailable while a Focus Run is active. Keep another safe way to access essential services.
Where are my records?
Focus Plans, Screen Time selections, history, and safeguards stay in local app, App Group, Apple-framework, or Keychain storage. Support cannot inspect your selected apps. An uninstall may leave Keychain safeguards behind; the in-app reset has a different scope and must follow ending active runs.
