Product-specific document. This schedule applies only to Kept (app.rork.ppmzphfgdcfgapyjsmzie). It supplements the separate Kept Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, each of which has its own immutable version and SHA-256 hash.
Human accountability, not enforcement. Kept does not verify truth, guarantee behavior, create a legally enforceable contract, resolve disputes, or impose an automated failure verdict. A partner’s verdict is that person’s decision, not Uncommon Weather’s.
1. Incorporated agreement and age
This schedule is part of the Service Terms. You must be at least 18 to use Kept.
2. Pacts and relationships
Use Kept only with voluntary, informed participants. Do not use it for coercion, harassment, stalking, employment discipline, lending, insurance, housing, education, legal eligibility, intimate surveillance, or unlawful decisions about another person. Agree outside the app on expectations, evidence, response windows, grace periods, and how disagreements will be handled.
3. Proof and sharing responsibility
You must have the right and consent to capture and share proof. Do not include another person, private place, confidential material, health information, financial information, credentials, illegal content, or precise location unless sharing is lawful and genuinely necessary. On-device analysis may be wrong and never decides failure by itself.
4. Partner verdicts and disputes
Partners may accept, reject, or miss a verdict and may disagree. Offline queues, clocks, time zones, device state, and synchronization can affect timing. Kept preserves conflict versions and tombstones where feasible but cannot guarantee delivery, consensus, restoration, or fairness. Uncommon Weather is not a mediator and is not responsible for interpersonal, employment, financial, reputational, or other consequences.
5. CloudKit participants
Shared pacts use Apple CloudKit/CKShare. Invitees receive records included in the share and may retain screenshots, exports, notifications, or copies outside the app. Leaving a share or deleting a record cannot erase copies another participant already received. Verify participants before submitting proof.
6. Widgets and notifications
Widgets and notifications can expose pact status on a locked or shared device and can be delayed or stale. Use device privacy settings and disable surfaces that do not fit your circumstances.
7. Purchases
Owners may need Pro for unlimited pacts, shared accountability, advanced evidence, reports, or partner widgets. Invitees can participate in shared pacts without purchasing where the app states. Access depends on Apple/RevenueCat entitlement status.
8. Limited mode after declining
Limited mode provides read-only pact/proof access, leave-sharing controls, deletion, legal/support/subscription controls, and Restore Purchases. It does not permit new proof, verdicts, invitations, edits, or widget actions. Leaving a share does not revoke copies others retained.
9. Privacy
Pact records, including solo pacts, may synchronize through Apple’s private iCloud key-value storage. Shared records and proof use private CloudKit among invited participants. Proof analysis runs on device. The legal ledger does not receive pact text, proof, verdicts, participant identities, or media.
Current product data boundary
The following categories and operational boundaries are specific to Kept. They form part of this product schedule and are described more fully in the product-specific Privacy Policy.
- Pact titles, terms, schedules, participant roles and labels, check-ins, streaks, and history
- Proof photographs or other proof media, human verdicts, and verdict notes
- Partner and sharing metadata, CloudKit record and share identifiers, and accepted-share state
- Private iCloud key-value synchronization envelopes, tombstones, and deletion state
- Optional on-device image tags and generated feedback
- Notification, widget, display, and other product preferences

Pacts and private iCloud synchronization
Kept stores pact titles and terms, schedules, participant roles and labels, check-ins, streaks and history, proof photographs or other proof media, human verdicts and verdict notes, partner and sharing metadata, CloudKit identifiers, notification and widget preferences, and other settings in local app storage.
Kept also serializes pact records and deletion tombstones through Apple's private iCloud key-value storage so pacts, including solo pacts, can synchronize across devices signed in to the same Apple account. Solo pact data therefore is not strictly device-only. The developer does not operate a product-data server and does not receive that private iCloud content merely because synchronization is enabled.
Shared partner pacts
Partner pacts use Apple CloudKit sharing. Pact content and proof associated with a shared pact can be made available through the user's private CloudKit share to people who accept the invitation. Invitees can view the content made available to that share and may retain copies or screenshots outside Kept. Apple processes iCloud and CloudKit data under its own privacy terms.
On-device analysis
Kept may use Apple's on-device Vision and Foundation Models frameworks to create optional image tags or private feedback. Kept does not send proof media to a third-party artificial-intelligence service. Automated analysis does not make the human decision to accept or reject proof and does not by itself mark a pact as failed.
Notifications and widgets
Kept uses local notifications and widgets. Pact status or reminders may be visible on the lock screen or other device surfaces according to the user's system settings.
Purchases and legal choices
Apple processes App Store purchases and payment credentials. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-user identifier and limited app, device, purchase, and entitlement metadata needed to determine access; it does not receive pact text, proof media, verdicts, check-ins, partner identities, or participant labels.
The legal-choice service receives only signed, privacy-minimal evidence of an acceptance, decline, or withdrawal, including product and document identifiers, versions and hashes, the choice, broad age band and acceptor role when applicable, pseudonymous installation and request identifiers, timestamps, locale, and security proof. It does not receive Kept product content.
Retention and deletion
Kept keeps local and private iCloud records until the user removes them with an available control, clears applicable app storage, leaves or deletes an applicable share, or removes the app, subject to Apple's storage, synchronization, and backup behavior. Deletion tombstones can propagate through private iCloud synchronization. Leaving or deleting a shared pact cannot erase copies or screenshots already retained by another participant, and exported or shared copies remain wherever they were saved.
Legal choices and limited mode
A decline or withdrawal takes effect locally at once. Kept stores that limited-mode choice and does not turn it into a recurring prompt merely because a later document family is published. The user can review the current documents and affirmatively accept from Legal & Privacy settings. A previously accepted user is asked once when a materially changed document family requires a new choice; a verified acceptance for the current family is not asked again.
