Product-specific document. This schedule applies only to TakeoffDesk (opgibkkngmbchpohogaihckmjdjljbma). It supplements the separate TakeoffDesk Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, each of which has its own immutable version and SHA-256 hash.
1. Product purpose
TakeoffDesk is a focused Chrome extension. Its Store listing and in-product interface describe the single purpose and current free/paid feature boundaries.
2. Local product data
Jobs, captures, spaces, tasks, quantities, rates, scope notes, and proposal drafts remain in local extension storage.
3. Browser permissions
TakeoffDesk reads the active page only after a capture action and uses downloads only for exports you request.
License verification contacts only Gumroad. Legal acceptance sends only the narrow signed receipt described in the product-specific Privacy Policy.
4. Important limitations
TakeoffDesk estimates and proposals are not engineering, architecture, quantity-surveying, contracting, tax, or legal advice. Verify quantities, prices, conditions, code requirements, and contract terms independently.
5. Purchase and eligibility
Adults only. Paid access is sold by Uncommon Weather LLC through external Gumroad checkout. Google is not the seller. The seven-day refund request policy in the Service Terms applies.

Current product data boundary
The following categories and operational boundaries are specific to TakeoffDesk. They form part of this product schedule and are described more fully in the product-specific Privacy Policy.
- Jobs, clients, client addresses, spaces, tasks, quantities, rates, material prices, and scope notes
- Proposal drafts, templates, export usage, product settings, and user-requested backups and exports
- Captured source page titles and URLs, product identifiers or SKUs, prices, user-selected text, and limited page-text snapshots
- Gumroad license key, license status, cached entitlement, verification timestamps, and verification error state
- Privacy-minimal legal-choice evidence
Jobs, estimates, and proposals
TakeoffDesk stores jobs, clients and client addresses, spaces, tasks, quantities, rates, material prices, scope notes, proposal drafts, templates, export usage, product settings, captured source page titles and URLs, product identifiers or SKUs, prices, selected text or limited page-text snapshots, and local license metadata in Chrome extension storage.
Explicit page capture
TakeoffDesk uses active-page access only after the user invokes capture through an in-product control, context command, or shortcut. It reads only the source title and URL and the selected or limited product information needed for that capture. It does not operate a persistent all-site content script, collect cookies, passwords, or form entries, build a general browsing-history profile, or send captured page content to the developer.
Backups and exports
TakeoffDesk creates backups, proposals, and other exports only after the user requests them. Product-data exports do not include the user's Gumroad license key or payment credentials; the key remains in separate extension storage. Exported files remain wherever the user saves or shares them.
Licensing and legal choices
TakeoffDesk stores the Gumroad license key entered by the user together with local license state, cached entitlement, verification timestamps, and verification error state. When the user activates or re-checks a license, TakeoffDesk sends the entered key and its fixed product identifier to Gumroad over HTTPS for entitlement verification. Jobs, client details, estimates, proposals, captured source fields, page content, and browsing history are not included in that request.
The legal-choice service receives only signed, privacy-minimal evidence of an acceptance, decline, or withdrawal. It does not receive jobs, clients, estimates, proposals, page captures, source references, browsing history, or the Gumroad license key.
Packaged code and tracking
TakeoffDesk's executable code is packaged with the extension. It does not load remote scripts, execute code from a content-delivery network, or download executable code at runtime. TakeoffDesk does not use advertising, cross-context behavioral tracking, or third-party product analytics.
Retention and deletion
TakeoffDesk keeps local data until the user deletes it with an available control, clears extension or Chrome-profile storage, or uninstalls the extension. Backups, proposals, and other files the user exports remain wherever the user saves them. Gumroad and the legal-choice service retain their limited independent records under their respective disclosed retention rules.
Legal choices and limited mode
A decline or withdrawal takes effect locally at once. TakeoffDesk stores that limited-mode choice and does not turn it into a recurring prompt merely because a later document family is published. The user can review the current documents and affirmatively accept from Legal & Privacy settings. A previously accepted user is asked once when a materially changed document family requires a new choice; a verified acceptance for the current family is not asked again.
