CostCurve Product Schedule

Product-specific boundaries for the Android release of CostCurve.

Document ID android.costcurve.scheduleVersion 6.0.0Effective 2026-09-01com.ryantinklepaugh.costcurve

Product-specific Android schedule. This schedule supplements the separate Terms and Privacy Policy for package com.ryantinklepaugh.costcurve.

Product purpose

CostCurve is a receipt-backed ownership-cost ledger that pairs purchase evidence with item lifecycle, dated use events, target cost per use, purchase-pause decisions, resale outcomes, and a user-directed portable sync archive and evidence export.

Current data and permission boundary

Camera or photo access is requested only when you deliberately capture or select receipt evidence. Google ML Kit recognizes text on the device; receipt images, recognized text, and ledger records are not uploaded to Uncommon Weather or Supabase. Portable cross-device sync is a user-created archive saved or opened through Android’s document picker; there is no automatic product-data cloud. Exports leave only through a user-directed save or share action.

Required safety boundary

CostCurve is recordkeeping and arithmetic support, not financial, accounting, tax, legal, valuation, investment, or purchasing advice. OCR can be wrong; verify the receipt, currency, tax, fees, dates, usage, resale, and assumptions. CostCurve does not fetch foreign-exchange rates or combine currencies; cost-per-use and trends are estimates, not market value.

Limited mode

After a decline or withdrawal, the following remain available:

The following remain unavailable until the current documents are affirmatively accepted:

A decline or withdrawal takes effect locally at once and remains limited without recurring prompts. A current affirmative choice unlocks ordinary app access after it is durably stored on the device; signed-receipt delivery may retry in the background. Android proof is recorded separately from iOS proof. A service outage does not silently convert a decline into acceptance or relabel an iOS receipt as Android.

Release state

This document describes Android build 2 (1.1.0), currently a Google Play release candidate and not a public availability claim. The Play listing and purchase sheet, when public, control current availability and transaction details.
