What changes
From the documented acquisition effective date forward, Uncommon Weather LLC will operate, support, maintain, and license the covered products identified in the Legal Center. Current releases will identify Uncommon Weather as the operator and will request affirmative acceptance of the applicable current documents.
What does not change
Historical terms, receipts, refunds, licenses, customer communications, and seller records remain associated with the entity and document version that issued them. This notice is not retroactive and does not itself assign rights or liabilities.
Local product data
The acquisition does not transfer browsing data or product content to Uncommon Weather. Existing extension data remains in the user’s Chrome profile unless the user exports, deletes, or otherwise shares it. Limited Gumroad records remain with Gumroad under its terms.
Your choices
Users may review the current Terms and Privacy Policy, contact support, export or delete local data where the product supports those tools, and deactivate a local license. Declining current terms disables normal operation but preserves those limited tools.
