Dosefolio is a local-first iOS tracker published by Uncommon Weather LLC. Health and wellness information entered in the app stays on your device and is not sent to Uncommon Weather LLC, RevenueCat, or an analytics service.

Dosefolio stores the information you enter—including medication and prescribed-dose details, dose and injection-site history, protein entries and targets, symptoms, weight entries, and app settings—locally on your device.
Uncommon Weather LLC does not receive this health log. Dosefolio does not transmit it to RevenueCat or use it for advertising or analytics.
When you create a clinician report, Dosefolio generates it on your device. The report leaves the app only if you choose to share or save it using the iOS share sheet.
The service or person you select to receive a shared report handles that copy under its own privacy practices.
If you enable Apple Health sync, Dosefolio requests access to body-mass data. It reads body-mass samples available through Apple Health into Dosefolio’s local log and writes weight entries you create in Dosefolio back to Apple Health.
This access is optional and controlled through Apple Health settings. Dosefolio uses Apple Health data only to provide its weight-tracking features. It does not send Apple Health data to Uncommon Weather LLC, RevenueCat, or an analytics service, and it does not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, or data mining. Apple handles Apple Health storage and sync under your Apple settings.
Apple processes App Store purchases and billing. Dosefolio uses RevenueCat to verify subscription access. RevenueCat processes subscription and purchase history associated with an anonymous app user identifier for app functionality and subscription analytics.
No Dosefolio health-log content is included in that purchase information. Apple and RevenueCat handle their service data under their respective privacy policies.
Dosefolio does not include third-party advertising and does not use your information to track you across apps or websites. Uncommon Weather LLC does not sell your health log, purchase history, or personal information.
You can edit or delete entries inside Dosefolio. Dosefolio excludes its local database from Apple device backups. Deleting the app or losing the device can therefore permanently remove the app’s local history. A clinician PDF is a user-directed shareable record, not a restorable database backup.
Deleting a weight entry from Dosefolio removes Dosefolio’s local copy but does not delete the corresponding sample from Apple Health. You can manage Apple Health data and Dosefolio’s access in Apple Health settings.
Apple and RevenueCat retain transaction records according to their own legal obligations and retention policies. Because Dosefolio has no user account, Uncommon Weather LLC does not hold an account-linked copy of your health log.
Your use of Dosefolio is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
